How the vehicle usage license, payments, refunds and your data privacy work.
Usage license
When you purchase a vehicle, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to install it on your FiveM server. Reselling, redistributing or republishing the file (or parts of it) under another name is not allowed, nor is claiming authorship of the modeling or texturing.
Payment & delivery
Payments are processed via Tebex (card or Pix, where available) or arranged directly with the team for custom projects. After confirmation, the file is delivered as a digital download — usually within 24h for catalog items, or per the agreed timeline for exclusive projects.
Refunds & cancellations
Since this is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds once the file has been downloaded, except in cases of a proven defect or a non-delivered item. Custom projects can be cancelled at no cost before production starts; once started, work already invested isn't refundable.
Support & updates
Small adjustments and fixes related to the delivered file get free support for a limited time after delivery. Scope changes (new paint job, new parts, structural changes) are treated as a new order.
Privacy
We only collect the information needed to process your order and reach you (like email and Discord username). We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
